Eight surfaces, one throughline
Short clips from the working tool — each a step from the estimate to the finished job, and the portals your customer and referral partners actually use. Tap any clip to open it full screen — these are real screens with real density, and the detail is the point. Shown with synthetic demo data.
Your books
Your estimate is forty lines. Your accounting sees one.
This is the part nobody puts on a website, so here it is. Most remodelers already have an accounting integration and already assume it does more than it does.
XactRemodel's QuickBooks Online integration sends the estimate one way, as a single project total or as three component totals — material, labor, equipment. Verisk's own documentation notes that markup and taxes are not allocated to a component, so they are not included in that mode. Nothing comes back.
Customers, items, and the costs posted against a job — so the job-cost figure you are looking at is the one in your books, not a second copy that drifts.
Invoices, estimates and payments you choose to send across, against the customer they belong to. Nothing is written without an explicit action.
Payroll, banking, and the structure of your chart of accounts. Sawhorse asks for accounting scope only, and nothing outside it.
And because the cost side stays current, the thing at the end of the job is a number rather than a feeling:
FIGURES FROM SYNTHETIC DEMO DATA — NOT A REAL COMPANY'S JOB
What shipped
The work, dated.
Anybody can say a pre-launch tool is real. This is the alternative: what actually landed, when. It is updated as things ship, and nothing is listed before it works.

Every price published, and the plans simplified. Flat pricing with the whole crew included, published support response times, and annual at two months free. No per-seat charge.

Backups became three real locations. Nightly snapshots now land off-site as well as on, and a restore drill runs on a schedule — the first one passed with no hard failures.

The customer selections portal was unreadable in dark mode. Found, measured, fixed. Every portal now passes contrast checks in both light and dark on a phone.

A dead end in the picks portal. A customer with rooms and items could be told there was no proposal yet. The gate was wrong for two project stages; it is right now, and the page hides the link rather than leading somewhere empty.

Contracts stopped hard-coding one company. Generated agreements now carry the contractor's own identity and terms rather than the name of the shop this was built in.

Estimate intake for Xactremodel went live. Rooms derived from the group column, line items carried through, nothing retyped.
Fixes are listed alongside features on purpose. A changelog with no bugs in it is a marketing page.
